We have three business units focused on providing answers and sustainable solutions to the challenges posed by the energy transition.
AND DERIVATIVES
From renewable energy we develop the production of the hydrogen molecule on a large scale for its derivation as an end product to green ammonia, green methanol, e-SAF and biofuels. Our focus is on industries that are difficult to decarbonize, such as shipping, aviation, chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, cement and steel, among others.
Two portfolios under development:
- 100% owned by Avalon Renovables: it will reach an installed capacity of more than 2 GW.
- In joint venture with Foresight Group: will reach an installed capacity of 1.9 GW.

OF BIOGAS AND BIOGENIC CO2 PRODUCTION, RESPECTIVELY.
We obtain biomethanol and biomethane through biomass processes and
anaerobic digestion of organic waste from agro-food industries close to the areas where we are going to execute the construction of the projects. We also obtain other by-products such as biogenic CO2.
Portfolio under development that will generate about 50 GW/year and more than 50,000 tn/year of biogas and biomethane production, respectively, in addition to other by-products such as green CO2, ecological compost and fertigation systems.
AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT
We develop renewable energy generation projects based on solar photovoltaic and wind power technology for grid connection. We have a track-record of projects of more than 1GW in different phases; from development to commercial operation.
We collaborate closely with all of the agents in the energy and sectors; utilities, private and institutional investors, IPPs, associations, port authorities and all of the communities where we develop our project portfolio focused on renewable energy generation, green hydrogen and its byproducts.
We manage the project’s entire value chain; origination, permits and licenses to RtB, financial structuring of assets, and construction and business operations.
